Model: FS-3V-OW-II V-Groove Blade UL/ULC qualified for mounting outside of the plane of the wall for either Grille Access (GA) or when the damper cannot be installed within the plane of the Wall/Floor “OW” installation.

- Factory Installed Momentary Test Switch (MTS)
- Rated to 2,000 fpm and 4" w.g.
- 1 ½ Hour Rating (less than 3 hours assemblies)
- With factory furnished actuator, provides fail-safe operation (the damper automatically goes to the desired fail-safe position when fire interrupts power)
