S&P USA Celebrates First Production Run of New IFFTe Jet Fan Series

We’re celebrating the first production run of the new IFFTe30n & IFFTe20n Jet Fans at S&P USA!

In the first quarter of 2026, we successfully completed the first production run of our new IFFTe30n and upcoming IFFTe20n jet fans – an important milestone made possible through a new product development process built around Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

This initiative brought together a truly cross-functional team, including Finance, Manufacturing, Product Management, Inventory Planning, and Sales. By aligning expertise across departments, we were able to efficiently move from concept to successful production.

A special thank you to the team members who played a critical role in making this first build a success:

  • Brandon Black – Final Assembly Supervisor
  • Eh Kai – Jet Fan Assembler
  • Jason Terhune – Manufacturing Engineering

The introduction of the IFFTe30n and IFFTe20n strengthens S&P USA’s position with industry-leading jet fan solutions for parking garage ventilation and CO/NO mitigation, providing engineers with powerful, efficient tools for their projects.

As part of the APQP process, we also reconfigured our controls and speed control strategies across our jet fan product line. All electronically controlled motors can now communicate seamlessly with Building Management Systems (BMS), delivering greater integration and control for facility operators.

Additionally, we’re proud to highlight S&P USA’s in-house Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis capabilities. By providing engineers with computer-generated airflow and contaminant mitigation models before construction begins, we help simplify system design, validate performance, and support more informed project decisions.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this achievement. This successful first production run demonstrates what can be accomplished when innovation, collaboration, and execution come together.
