S&P USA Product Returns
Thank you for purchasing from S&P USA. We offer returns for customers who bought products, parts, or accessories directly from S&P USA and would like to file a claim due to any defects or damages within S&P USA policy. Please read everything and fill out the necessary form to make sure claim is processed in a timely manner.
If a product, part, or accessory was purchased from another company or retailer, please contact them for any returns or claims. Third party retailers/vendors may or may not have their own return/claim policy not controlled by S&P USA.
- CLAIMS MUST BE SENT WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF PRODUCT/SHIPMENT.
- DO NOT SUBMIT A NEW PURCHASE ORDER FOR A NEW UNIT.
- DO NOT TAKE FROM STOCK BEFORE S&P'S APPROVAL. CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED A 25% ADMINISTRATION FEE FOR ANY DUPLICATIONS.
- CLAIMS OPENED AFTER 30 (THIRTY) DAYS WILL BE CLOSED IF CLAIM REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET.
Residential product replacements may take up to three to five business days to ship after the claim has been received and approved by S&P. Commercial products that are Quickship may take up to 15 business days to turn around and ship out. Any assembled commercial product may take up to 20 business days to ship out as long as we have all the materials available in-house. If materials are not available, ship times will be extended. Any products not manufactured by S&P may take up to six weeks, depending on the season and availability to receive product replacement.
To submit a product claim, select from the below list and fill out the specified form. Please note that all Total Recovery/TR Series or ERV products have separate forms. Upon sending your request, our Support Services department will review and process the information about your application. See information on S&P's product warranty .
Please allow up to 14-20 business days for your claim to be processed after all the requirements have been met (including any product that should be returned to S&P).
